The Beauty team

  • Brittan Lamberty

    Junior Account Executive

Brittan moved from Seattle in 2017 to study at The London College of Fashion, where she completed her Bachelor’s and recently graduated from Richmond the American International University where she completed her Master’s in Luxury Brand Management. After interning at CCD, she joined to work with the beauty and lifestyle team. When she’s not busy creating social media content and working on influencer outreach for our beauty and lifestyle clients, you can find Brittan shopping on Regent Street to scope out the newest fashion and beauty trends, painting ceramics with friends or strolling through her favourite parks in London.

  • Justin Clark

    Managing Director

With 20 years of PR and digital experience in the natural beauty sector, there are not may types of brands and companies that Justin hasn’t worked with, from start-up idea stage to multi-national corporations and governing bodies. He has made it his business to seek out new contacts, experts, knowledge sources and strategies and loves to share!

He has spent the last six years learning to play saxophone, but never in public yet. Look out London ears!

  • Karleen San Jose

    Account Director

Beauty PR with a passion for health, food, wellbeing and stationery. A self-confessed beauty junkie she has worked in the industry for more than 14 years. Prior to PR she dabbled in the world of being a beauty counter girl and is also a qualified beauty and massage therapist. With experience both in-house and agency across a wide range of beauty brands, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.

Hippy in heels, nature lover and Mama of two, she is forever busy and always searching for the latest way to strike that precious work life balance; doodling in one of her many notebooks, experimenting in the kitchen, indulging in the latest must-have spa treatments, or enjoying five minutes much-needed peace on her yoga mat.

  • Amanda Pegram

    Senior Account Manager

A self-proclaimed fitness freak, Amanda is a lover of all things beauty and health. Having worked in beauty PR for 4 years, she is your go-to girl for where to find the best facemask. When she’s not at work, you’re likely to find her at a spinning class, buying clothes, or drinking prosecco.

  • Rhiannon Yee

    Account Manager

Rhiannon is originally from California, but after studying in London, she fell in love with the City and moved back immediately after graduating. She recently completed her Masters degree in Advertising & Public Relations at Richmond the American International University and the CCD team snapped her up to become a permanent team member. When she’s not working, you can find Rhiannon watching and listening to anything true-crime related, obsessing about Fenty Beauty, or blogging about whether American or British junk food is superior.

  • Carmen Micheli

    Account Executive

Carmen is an advocate for body positivity and gender equality which culminated in her speaking at a TEDxRaiul conference in 2020. Carmen puts passion into all her projects and loves being curious and having a healthy debate.

The CCD team are a journo's dream. Really lovely, easy to approach, know their products inside out and always on hand with experts, quotes or tips even when the deadlines are super tight. A joy to work with every time.
    Sophie Colgate, Woman Diet Special
I’ve been a journalist for 25 years and a health writer for the last 15 years. In that time I have worked with many PR agencies, but if I was asked to recommend one in particular for health, it would always be CCD. All the girls are quick to respond to any enquiries, which is what we demanding journalists always want! They’re extremely helpful, have a wealth of knowledge, and boundless enthusiasm for any account they represent. They are always a great pleasure to work with, and I am aware when they respond in rapid timing to my requests that they will have had to put something else to one side to do that – and I greatly appreciate that when I am under pressure to meet my own deadlines.
Karen Evennett, freelance contributor, Woman, Best
I have a long and fruitful relationship with CCD. The team always approach me about products with an angle that's well thought out and so suits Red, and they respond to any request for further information promptly and creatively.
    Brigid Moss, Health Director, Red
It is a breath of fresh air to meet PR's who actually know the magazine and give me relevant ideas!
    Jane Drucker, Editor, Healthy magazine
The beauty team at CCD PR frequently update us with the latest beauty products, expert tips, research, celebrity quotes and feature ideas. It's a brilliant service that we'd be lost without!
Emma Van Hinsbergh, Editor, Natural Health Magazine
As the editor of Health Food Business magazine, Organic & Natural Business and Fine Foodies, I am always very appreciative of any agency that can deliver interesting and fresh ideas for my editorial content. I have found CCD to be very efficient and always swift to get back with expert comments needed for my features. The team have an excellent understanding of the specific information our trade titles need, and what is really relevant to our readers. Understanding the sector is a real bonus and I like dealing with an agency that understands our unique business sector.
