Shoreditch, an area known for its hipster aesthetic, graffiti walls and delicious food is the place to be! There are plenty of things to do in East London but you cannot miss out on the great culinary experience that the Shoreditch food scene offers.
If you are looking to visit, we have your itinerary planned;
Shoreditch Breakfast; Grounded
No better way to start the day than with fluffy pancakes! Grounded prides itself for freshly prepared breakfasts made with locally sourced organic ingredients. Their varied menu is there to please everyone, even the pickiest of eaters. Some of my favorite dishes include the mushroom and cheese omelet, Avocado toast, and French toast!
Shoreditch Lunch; BOXPARK – The Athenian
BOXPARK is the ultimate food, culture, and social hub in East London. They offer a variety of food options and events throughout the year where everyone is welcome! If you are craving Mediterranean food, I would suggest eating at The Athenian. They offer delicious Greek souvlaki flatbread wraps that can be accompanied by tasty tzatziki.
Shoreditch Dessert; Spitalfields Market – Our Flavour
You can never replace the value of a handmade product. The infamous Spitalfields market is the perfect place to shop from local artisans and show off unique trendy pieces. If you are already there, might as well treat yourself to an afternoon dessert. Our Flavour makes the best mini pancakes in town! Their variety of toppings and vegan recipe make this one of my favorite locations on this list!

Dinner and Drinks; The Alchemist
By this time, the sun should be setting, and you are looking for a nice place to get dinner and drinks. For this, I recommend you visit The Alchemist! It’s a science-themed restaurant that never gets old. You will want to make a reservation in advance to make sure you get a table but once you are in, you should order “The lightbulb moment” and the “Zombie apocalypse” for a science show you will never forget.
Barhopping Snack; Crown Kebabs
Hidden on a corner before Shoreditch’s main street you will find the best kebab’s in London! It’s a small location that not a lot of people know about, yet you won’t regret stopping by. They are usually open from 5 pm-2 am but on Friday’s and Saturday’s, they’re open until 4, so it’s always a good place to end a fun bar hopping night. I would definitely suggest their halloumi wrap as no place does it better than them.
