    Managing Director

    With 20 years of PR and digital experience in the natural beauty sector, there are not many types of brands and companies that Justin hasn’t worked with, from start-up idea stage to multi-national corporations and governing bodies. He has made it his business to seek out new contacts, experts, knowledge sources and strategies and loves to share!

    He has spent the last six years learning to play saxophone, but never in public yet. Look out London ears!

  • Karleen San Jose

    Senior Account Director

    Beauty PR with a passion for health, food, wellbeing and stationery. A self-confessed beauty junkie she has worked in the industry for more than 14 years. Prior to PR she dabbled in the world of being a beauty counter girl and is also a qualified beauty and massage therapist. With experience both in-house and agency across a wide range of beauty brands, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.

    Hippy in heels, nature lover and Mama of two, she is forever busy and always searching for the latest way to strike that precious work life balance; doodling in one of her many notebooks, experimenting in the kitchen, indulging in the latest must-have spa treatments, or enjoying five minutes much-needed peace on her yoga mat.

    Senior Account Manager

    Rhiannon is originally from California, but after studying in London, she fell in love with the City and moved back immediately after graduating. She recently completed her Masters degree in Advertising & Public Relations at Richmond the American International University and the CCD team snapped her up to become a permanent team member. When she’s not working, you can find Rhiannon watching and listening to anything true-crime related, obsessing about Fenty Beauty, or blogging about whether American or British junk food is superior.

    Account Executive

    After spending the latter part of her teen years scouring the internet for the latest wellness trends, Kirsten swapped the seaside for the city and became a graduate of the London College of Communication in Media Communications, where she gained extensive knowledge of both traditional and digital media landscapes. 

    Working initially as a social media strategist, Kirsten developed her skills as a creative professional with a strong understanding of brand identity and audience engagement. Moving into PR, Kirsten has been able to merge her passion for wellness with communications and hasn’t looked back since.

    In her free time, you can find Kirsten hiking along nature trails, winding down with a good film, or scouting out new brunch spots around London.
